Joseph Garner
I was born in West Palm Beach Florida. My family returned to Upstate SC when I was a child, so this area is HOME to me. I am a Veteran of the United States Navy, where I was honorably discharged as a Boatswain Mate First Class. After the Navy, I returned home to the Upstate and then obtained a Criminal Justice degree. I served in law enforcement with Anderson City Police Dept. and Greenville County Sheriff's Office for over 20 years.
I obtained my Real Estate Licence in 2015 in order to join my wife, Rita Garner, who was already a seasoned agent. Together we formed The Upstate Garner Group and work with Keller Williams Western Upstate. We are full time agents and our focus is always on our clients best interest.
