I was born and raised in Anderson County, in the Upstate of South Carolina. My wife and I met in high school, married in 1979 and have been living the dream ever since. I have 2 wonderful and successful daughters that have given us 3 grandchildren. I spent 37 years in the Finance Sector of Manufacturing and ended my first career as the Controller of a multi-million-dollar operation. My previous career has allowed me to develop some very important skills that carry over into my Real Estate career. These include but not limited to, attention to details, highest level of integrity, loyalty, people skills, negotiating and a very good understanding of how financing works. I have joined a very successful team, The Garner Group, that has real estate experience beginning in 1979.
